This award recognizes municipalities that demonstrate excellence in ongoing road maintenance. It’s intended for rural municipalities that uphold high standards in surface condition, safety, signage, ditching, and roadside upkeep.

This award recognizes overall beautification efforts in an unincorporated urban centre, such as a village or town.
